Improving balance, mobility, and strength is Sara’s main goal for her clients. She thrives on helping others and offers private one-on-one personal sessions in her home-based studio.
Along with specific fascia release and realignment practices, STOTT Pilates reformer, tower, mat, and chair exercises are available. The first 10-20 minutes of the first session will be a postural analysis to determine your preferred patterns and physical alignment. Based on that, a personal training program will be developed just for you!
50-minute sessions are available:
Single drop-in = $85/session
Once a week = $80/session
Twice a week = $75/session
